Our story

Two cooks, one province, a lot of garlic.

Bikong is Vic and Gwen Gianan — a husband-and-wife team who brought their family recipes from the Philippines to Falcon Street. They cook the way they always have: from scratch, in small batches, for people who know what it’s supposed to taste like.
